OUR PROCESS

Clothes with care

Skynwear is deeply committed to crafting clothing with care and purpose. In today’s world, being mindful of our impact on the environment is more important than ever. That’s why we’ve thoughtfully integrated sustainability into every stage of our production process—from safeguarding the well-being of those who make our garments to sourcing materials that are both ethical and eco-friendly. We believe that every individual has the power to drive positive change, and together, we can help protect our planet for generations to come.

BSCI CERTIFIED

Every factory we partner with is certified by the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). This certification ensures that each facility undergoes unannounced annual inspections by an independent organization. These checks verify that working conditions, including wages, working hours, and the overall work environment, consistently meet strict ethical and legal standards.

The Planet

We carefully select our fabrics from the most sustainable sources available, including recycled materials and synthetic fibers. For instance, some of our polyester is derived from recycled PET bottles. As innovation progresses, we are committed to increasing our use of recycled fabrics as they become more readily available.

Our suppliers for trimmings—such as labels, zippers, and hangtags—are continually developing more sustainable options, and we stay actively informed about new advancements to adopt appropriate alternatives wherever possible.

PROTECTING WORKERS' RIGHTS

We believe that everyone deserves safe and fair working conditions, which is why we carefully monitor every step of our production process to ensure these standards are upheld. We work closely with trusted suppliers who align with our values, and each of them commits to our strict code of conduct. This code is designed to safeguard the rights of workers in the garment industry and includes key principles such as: zero tolerance for discrimination, child or forced labor, the right to unionize, fair living wages, and comprehensive health and safety measures.
