Questions
Your questions, answered
What size is the Sun Cape?
One size. It's a four-way stretch, so it fits sizes up to 2XL.
Can I wear the cape after laser treatment?
Many clinics advise keeping treated skin out of the sun while it heals. The cape covers your shoulders and arms in UPF 50+ fabric, and it's light and breathable, so you stay cool. Always follow your clinic's own aftercare advice.
Does sand stick to the cape?
Hardly at all. The UPF fabric is silky and smooth when wet, so sand slides straight off, and it dries quickly once you're out of the water.
Do I still need sunscreen with a UPF cape?
Only where it doesn't cover. The cape protects your shoulders and arms with UPF 50+.
Will the UPF 50+ protection wash out?
No. The UPF 50+ sun protection is built into the fabric, not added as a coating, so it lasts for the life of the cape.
